- 30-day Return Window
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
- Eligibility Criteria
Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Personalized or custom made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
- Easy Return Process
Log in to your Keff account and navigate to the "Order History" section.
Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the provided instructions to initiate the return process.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the safe arrival of your package.
- Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
